Commercial work with a residential brokerage that still answers

Retail, medical office, owner-occupied buildings, and the small multifamily that sits next to a first home. This desk is not a national capital-markets theater — it is Columbus, with someone who has sat on both sides of the lease.

What we handle

  • Leasing and dispositions. Shop space, office, and the awkward in-between buildings that still have to pencil.
  • Investment acquisitions. Small multifamily through larger retail and medical office — underwritten like a grown-up, explained like a neighbor.
  • Owner-occupied. Companies that want to stop renting and buy the box they already work in.

Residential buyers looking for a first rental should start with one of our experienced residential agents. When the asset looks more like a lease abstract than a house, it comes to this page.
