Gahanna
Creekside on the water, neighborhoods that grew with the airport, and a city that still feels like a place you can know.
Gahanna sits between Westerville, New Albany, and the airport. Creekside is the postcard: restaurants on the water, a boardwalk, a place to take out-of-town family. The rest of the city is quieter residential streets, parks, and a mix of mid-century and later construction.
Zac Loomis is a Gahanna Lincoln graduate, so this map is not theoretical. We know which pockets feel close to Creekside and which ones are really about the park, the schools, or a straightforward I-270 hop.
Buyers often weigh Gahanna against Westerville and New Albany. Taxes, lot size, and the age of the housing stock are the useful comparisons. We will put actual properties next to each other rather than arguing for a favorite.
If you are selling, Creekside proximity and outdoor space tend to be the details buyers remember. We will say so in the listing — and skip the filler.
