New Albany

Brick, black lamps, and a Market Street that was designed to feel like a town — New Albany is one of the more intentional places on the northeast side.

New Albany is one of the few Central Ohio communities where the streetscape was designed as carefully as the houses. Brick, fencing, and the Market Street core give it a consistent look. That consistency is the point — and it is also why pricing is sensitive to condition, lot, and how close you are to the amenities people actually use.

Buyers come for schools, for a certain architectural language, and for a calendar full of community events. We still walk the specific street. A home backing to a parkway does not live the same as one near the golf course or further out in the township.

Sellers should expect a polished presentation. Photography, landscaping, and a clean interior matter here because buyers compare listings against a high baseline. We will tell you what is worth doing before you go live and what is just expensive theater.

New Albany sits east of Westerville and Gahanna. If you are splitting time between the two, we can show how commute, taxes, and daily errands actually differ — without a stack of made-up rankings.
