Powell
A four-corner downtown, Olentangy schools on many lists, and streets that still feel a town over from Columbus.
Powell still has a downtown you can stand in: a few corners, local businesses, and a calendar of small-town events. Around that core, neighborhoods range from established streets to later subdivisions that pull toward Dublin, Lewis Center, or the Olentangy corridor.
Many shoppers arrive with a school district already in mind. We treat that as a starting filter, then look at the house, the lot, and the drive you will actually make at 7:30 a.m. Powell is not one product.
Sellers here benefit from a clean exterior and a listing that shows how the house lives in every season — patio, lower level, storage. We keep the language local and skip regional clichés.
Powell is a short conversation away from Dublin, Worthington, and Lewis Center. If you are open to more than one, we will tour them as a set so the differences are in your notes, not in someone else’s ranking article.
